I ordered an update to my Norton Antivirus 2001 a few weeks ago. I chose the CD. They never sent it, and my cc wasn't charged. When I reordered, I decided to just download it. So a while ago I did that-- charged NAV 2002 upgrade to my cc, and clicked Download Now. First, I got a "Security Warning" asking if I wanted to proceed. "The publisher can not be determined du to .. Authenticode signature not found." I clicked Yes anyway. Now I get "Internet connection not found or is no longer available." I have cable service and am always connected to the net. I called Customer Service, where they say the only way I can get help is by paying for it on their Tech Support line. I dialed that line, clicking redial, soooo many times you wouldn't believe, getting more and more annoyed the whole time! Does anyone have a suggestion as to why i am unable to download it? I guess I'll call Customer Service (it takes many tries to get through to them, too) and ask them (again) to send the CD, if this problem can't be solved.
