We do what we can :-).

Sorry I don't have any insight into the value of their patent portfolio or their position on the talc. Perhaps you and your friend might consider a Project Hunt report.

My concern is that prgn has a small float of 170.3M shares, and should they offer a secondary to raise $250M at today's prices, it would represent dilution of about 8%. Having owned companies that have issued secondaries, I can assure you that it is usally a disappointing experience for the current shareholders. Could you query your friend about the S3 filing?

Sorry I don't have any insight into the strength of their patent portfolio or their position on the talc. Perhaps Merlin will comment, or you and your friend might consider a Project Hunt report.

My first concern is related to market mechanics. Prgn has a small float of 170.3M shares, and should they offer a secondary to raise $250M at today's prices, it would represent dilution of about 8%. Having had the misfortune of holding shares in companies that have issued secondaries, I can assure you that it is usally a disappointing experience. Could you query your friend about the S3 filing?
