What is forcing me to go back in my mind now and then, is not his mathematics; it's the idea of the (next) singularity. Of humanity turning into a tightly knit multi-cell organism - I'm just miming in my mind the evolutionary jump from the single-cell world into the world of multiple-cell organisms -. Will there be then T-Killer humans. Stem-type individuals...Who will decide, who's original and who's a copy. Will it matter (to me)? Will I know? Or doubt? Or hope?(see Blade runner)

What I missed, was any negativities. Sickness. War. Destruction. Individuals, trying to fend off the invasion of nanobots. "pour yourself full of ethanol" instructions on how to screw them all, accessible on the clandastine net called humanet. Etc In other words, Brasil revisited.
