...that Amazon would be insolvent by Spring, 2001. Wasn't that yours?

Bezos was smart when he got the big debt.
If my memory is not totally gone...
I think i remember about 27 million (per quarter) to service the amazon debt? (what was it 5 or 6 percent?)

I think amazon will be right in line with a Sams Club or Price Club.

I think they will survive because they can sell enough stock to service the debt.

Wildly profitable,,,nah, I doubt it.

(bottom line, they probably don't really care because they all got rich selling the stock already...Now they just milk the shell for as long as they can or until they turn it profitable...It's a no lose)

Here they sold about 24 million in puts for January. That about covers it for this quarter. lol

I must say the delight-o-meter is reporting stellar figures, even after adjusting it for partnerships and used
goods sold.

The 'o-meter is reporting double the items sold compared to last year.

My guess is that 60% of those items sold are comparable to last years count, with the other 40% resulting from partnerships and used good... Glenn, what is your guess about the breakup of items ordered?
