I asume you mean 1450 or so on the Naz - why would that make it undervalued? Since you seem to be a fundamentalist (Praise The Numbers!), gimmee some numbers - are you talking P/E-wise, BV-wise....

PE wise, i believe someone said the top 10 market caps had a current P/E of somewhat north of 50 (now even higher i assume) - you see a 25% retrenchment which would make the P/E in the high 30's (perhaps even 40+ since the "E" keeps dropping) - is that undervalued to you?
