We can't do what OECD socialists suggest because the best minds among the Democrats know that it would only be a giveaway to the rich. Better that they eat cake.

The OECD, not known to take anti-tax positions, said the U.S. needs to cut taxes on capital and income for everyone, including the rich. It suggested a top income tax rate of 28% vs. the current 39.6%.

That's not what the democrats say. They say we need to write more checks for the welfare cases.

Isn't it true that most politicians were saying that the tax package would be done by the end of November and on the president's desk? Did they mean end of November 2002?
