did you ever go over to the SF camp...C company...or to the Mike Force club in pleiku? they were very close to the USAF base. Yes I did. They were right outside our gate about three blocks from my hooch (lucky for us). Umm, when these fellows tied on one, well.., let's just say they got a wee bit rambunctious. Scared the livin' sh** outta me a couple of times. I didn't hang out there too much... I was kind of a candy-ass electronics fly-boy &ltg> On several occasions though we swapped a few new flight jackets for a case of steaks. The supply NOC's would look the other way as long as we weren't selling the stuff on the black market (and they got some of the steaks).
