Accused criminals are assumed by the law to be as innocent as unborn children. They are never killed by any of the 50 United States, which is as it should be. So the law, as it stands today, actually places accused criminals way ABOVE unborn children.

Convicted criminals are another matter altogether.

You hope to think that people will inherently see that a fetus is the highest form of life or something. Certainly higher than adult accused criminals?
