StormRider, MCLD looks to be fine to me, unless they are
in bed with FL as it appears XO is IMO. NXTL could be a
prize whereas MCLD has no connection here. 50 million shares
doesn't give FL the leverage they need to do it alone with XO. Maybe I've missed something in the SEC. It's tough reading
for me. Seems MCLD and FL have let many deals expire.
