It is just a game of words. Do you know what is the
definition of "most" is? If it is the number of
functional buzzwords/units, who knows or cares.

that about 50% of chip area (caches+BUI) just cannot run at
2GHz physically. So I guess the other 50% could be
"most" according to Generally Accepted Practice, right?
