On closing Gresham fab, this is the one that AMD said they were buying from Fujitsu.

Now, actually, isn't the plant owned by the joint venture? Or do both AMD and Fujitsu own the fabs that are used in flash production and just "sell" the output to the joint venture, which sells them to customers?

Has Fujitsu reduced it's stake in the joint venture by closing Gresham and (eventually) selling it to AMD?
