Fortsmann Little's Strategy

in my opinion, is awesome!

1) Eliminate debt structure at XOXO and create liquidity and stock growth. (who cares about the chump who invested $1000 with XOXO, Fortsmann Little made multi-million dollars infusions).

2) The difference at MCLD is that Fortsmann Little put Chris Davis, there own person, as the CFO/COO, and did not put anyone like that in at XOXO.

*** So what does this mean?

3) Fortsmann Little is now probably picking up MCLD shares for virtually nothing on the market. MCLD does not have near the debt load that XOXO has, therefore, Chris Davis gets MCLD operationally sound, she cut labor, push through a huge restructuring charge to clean up the balance sheet just two weeks ago.

Think back about the series of events since August 1, 2001. XOXO and Fortsmann Little begins talks....Chris Davis starts at MCLD...MCLD takes operational moves to get healthy, XOXO, Fortsmann Little & TelMex create a deal...Telmex is only going to do that at one Telcom, therefore, watch for MCLD stock to stay for the long haul. $2-3 by next fall.
