Art, doesn't this just sound too obvious. Lexar must look like a buffoon in court... Among Pretec's own patent portfolios or cross licensing agreements, US Patent Nos. 5,404,485, 5,519,843, 5,535,357, 5,799,168 were granted earlier than Lexar's incorporation date and much earlier than the granted date of Lexar's patent Nos. 5,479,638, 5,818,781, 5,907,856, 5,930,815 and 6,145,051.
