Softechie,

Well Softechie, I don't know if I would use the word bullish. Semi confident is a better choice of words. I have been accumulating a lot of data on it. Now I'm debating about Williams Comm. Going to start to look into that one. I need a replacement for XO.

I warned you about XO, didn't I????? GX is another one that I would be real careful with. I'm still doing DD on that one. I have been compiling info on it. Watching it real close.

As far as Frostman goes, he's just doing his job as a CIV. That's the way I see it at this point. I've looked at the details of the deal an it makes sense. It will save the assests of the company an allow it to continue as a company. The thing that really interest me though is how TMX can be a major player in all this. They are coughing up 400 mil.. I mean this company only did 97 mil. last year. Unless they got a lot of cash stashed somewhere, I don't get it. There has to be some other players in this that are behind the scenes.

Myself, I don't see XO trading again the rest of the year. Will it trade again is interesting to contemplate. It just might an I think that is what, what his name ment when he said it was speculative. Myself, I think he is going to try an work something out where they might buy back all the shares outstanding at the current price of 1.03. Now I still have to do some homework on that scenerio. But that would be the smart thing to do. Will save them a lot of legal action.

Ron
