Softec,

Actually, I don't think Frostman is stealing anything. I think he is trying to save what he already has invested. You read the PRs from XO, they say they are the best managed company in the business, yet they loose 5 bil. dollars. Now, think about it, best managed an loose 5 billion. This guy use to be over at NXTL. They lost money over there too. They are still trying to make money. Myself, if I was Frostman, as soon as I closed this deal I would get rid of this guy.

Now there is a big difference between 96 thousand customers an 10 mil.. Everyone wants to use 11 sept. as an excuse for over spending an then blame it on that because they are loosing money. With MCLD it has nothing to do with the economy. They just over spent.

Myself, I think MCLD is in better shape then even the Babby Bells. Now I'm still working on that to confirm my opinion. Why do you think no one has tried to take them over?????? The way I see it, MCLD is too big at this point for anyone to try an take them over. It wouldn't take too much to make them profitable.

Ron
