LOL! Rather an arbitrary distinction. How do you know he's a terrorist in the wild???? The fact is these military tribunals are authorized by law, there has been judicial precedent upholding their use, there are good substantive reasons for using them in these circumstances and all the whining about due process notwithstanding, a military tribunal provides much more in the way of rights as opposed to dropping a bomb on his head or shooting him on sight.....
