BI stands for what, Big Idiots? I still have yet to find out why Comcast users have been spared, my @home email address works and so does my @home webpage. I did a speed test and I'm getting almost 2mbs downstream.

I could care less about the email address but I'm a consultant in the software field and I WANT CONSISTENT HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE... Firms like Nordstrom, L.L. Bean, DELL, and Harry & David have found a way to consistently exceed my expectations. AT&T has found a way to antagonize me and motivate me to consider switching some of my other services outside of the AT&T umbrella -- I have a large cell phone plan and a long distance pkg that I will most likely transfer over to other carriers. Has AT&T ever really thought seriously about the lifetime value of a strong customer relationship...? They've got homework to do and IMO they are way behind the curve in this area. Regards, Scott
