"Wasn't the DYN transaction within the 90 day preferential transfer period?" Yes but ring fencing excludes ENE problems from the pipeline. So, the 90 look back rule never comes into play, since the pipeline will not be in bankruptcy. The 200+ lawyers working for ENE did their best to protect the pipeline asset for years. Only problem is a stroke of a pen in desperate moments sold the crown jewel. Only defense ENE has now is the insanity plea.
