Mani, no, I wasn't using "handler" in a literal sense. Dan Niles said Intel was having problems increasing P4 output because of testing problems. So you believe that all they need to do is buy more Teradyne testers?

Intel may not want to do that if there is a better tester available soon.

Please explain what a "handler" does.
