Grief barometers are hard to find : for the average person. . If you found one, how could you take a measurement? In some instances, a doctor can help but even a doctor's treatment is not always 100% effective. We should expect that those who died to be the center of attention in a national memorial service. In this instance, I believe the focus was on Washington's politicians. I watched part of the ceremony, and it seemed to me that the folks who worked the cameras tried to get a smile from former President and Mrs. Bush and from former President and Senator Clinton. Each couple turned and and smiled at the the camera at the appropriate moment.. I thought: tacky journalism ! JMOP Mephisto
