MR. Bush has been effectively President for 12 months, his economic policies so far have produced four things (1) a guaranteed budget deficit throughout his term (2) a stock market that is much lower than when he was inaugurated (3) massive increases in unemployment (4) the negative GDP quarter since ah er his DAD was president
