He should be treated a little different. He should have treason added to whatever the Talibums would be charged with. If that POS isn't the definition of treason I don't know what is IMO.

That was more or less my point. If he was affiliated with Bin Laden or Al Queda, then he should be treated as the other foreigners. If, OTOH, he was just involved with the Taliban, with no specific terrorist affiliation, I'm not sure what the grounds would be to prosecute him. His biggest exposure would probably involve having been involved in the prison uprising where an American CIA agent was killed.
