Karen in the land of the chicken and the egg.
Those who have jobs spend.
Those companies who have expenses reduced have more money to give more people jobs.
Giving companies tax credits for new equipment leads to buying more and the companies who make the stuff need the people to make and that means more jobs.

All those extra people with jobs who are more confident that their job is safe spend and buy whatever goods and services and those providing those goods and services have jobs and on and on.

Businesses are the source of mosts jobs and create jobs don't eliminate jobs based upon their expenses vs income situation improving.
