Yeah you would theoretically come up with around 2 Billion shares, but I'd bet they will do some sort of reverse split.

On this Directory. Yes it is about $300 Million in revenue and some profit leaving. Also about $250 Million in cost leaving from this unit at least.

Then you get to the $300 Million interest savings.

It is not impossible that MCLD will be a cash flow positive company when they come out of this recap. Eliminate interest and their operating loss last quarter would be essentially as a result of Depreciation.
