The principle ideals of what it means to live a righteous life are practically identical. Who we view as the object of worship embodies the same fundamental characteristics and provides a salvation based on having faith and hope in God's Mercy. God as the trinity or God as One is definitely a big and irreconcilable difference in doctrine. In living a faithful and rightious life as brothers and sisters who are all the seed of Adam bound by various commandments calling compassion and charity??? I see it as an unnecessary obstacle. But I may be alone in this.
