It is true the test I put is of my opinion. I believe BC is not of sound mind as he seems to live in his own make believe world. One where the US is partly responsible for the Sept 11th attacks. Based on this opinion I have no doubt as to his inability to think rationally via a sound mind.

Definition #5 is such a laugher (per BC) that I feel no need to explain my reasoning per this point.
