Crossy Thanks for all the info. on SMAN..reminds me of the old days when we actually did some work on a company and wrote up a report on the stock. TA wise an entry anywhere from 5 to 5.25 looks good. stockcharts.com[l,a]daolyimy[dd][pb50!b200!d20!c10][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9!Lp14,3,3!Lc20] Not much volume though. Interesting news by the SEC today...being that they are always right on top of the market pulse. The SEC warned public companies about report earnings on a "pro forma" basis and further warned investors about buying the stock of companies that report on a pro forma basis. Jeeeeeeeeez, were we not talking about "pro forma" reporting about 4 months ago and how these buzzards hide costs and charges within the stucture.....WAY TO GO SEC!!!! YOU ARE RIGHT ON TOP OF THINGS!!!!!!! Idiots! Ken

Crossy, Nice input on SMAN. I'm just not sure I can have another microcap in my portfolio at this time. Plus I can't figure out those insurance numbers to save my life. LOL. My only other concern was lack of volume. Even MAXF volume below 25K/day bothers me. Keep the good inputs coming. Your work is appreciated. Joe

Hi Crossy. Thanks for sharing your DD on SMAN. I've just started looking it over and found some links that might be of interest to you. I like to look over the sector before looking at the individual stock. IXF is up significantly from its lowpoint. This sector analyzer indicates a bullish uptrend: investavenue.com The sector is featured as today's top story at SNL Securities website: <FINDING BOTTOM> snl.com The Firemark website offers more of a breakup on what's going on within the sector. Note that smallcaps are leading the pack: firemarkinv.com Hopefully I'll have time to take a good look at SMAN's particulars. Thanks again Crossy. Sergio
