If we had spent some time and money prior to 9/11 that were a pittance compared to what we have spent on the bombing perhaps we wouldn't have so many jihad's going on and perhaps 9/11 would have never occurred I fail to see how money could have alleviated any of these tensions. We have busted our balls for decades trying to broker peace with Isreal and Palestine. Socalled moderate states do business with us, keeping the profits for themselves. The elite ruling class accept our aid payoffs and keep that to themselves, then turn right around and piss all over the US to the uninformed masses, scapegoating us to hide their own greed and indifference to their own people. These are evil people who can never be negotiated with. Have you never really run into anyone like that?
