Yes your memory does indeed serve you correctly. I asked Chris of I/R on 11/26 this very question and posted his response: To:cardcounter who started this subject From: Bonzo Monday, Nov 26, 2001 6:19 PM Respond to of 14943 DOD CONTRACT UPDATE: Spoke to GX today. The DOD Contract (re-bid) is due for a decision at the beginning of December. GX still feels confident they will prevail the second time around. Could be a trading opportunity?

Well, this really sucks. But you put down your money and you take your chances. Not that it makes any difference, but from a shareholder standpoint, all the crap Legere has been speaking lately was a pack of lies, but it looks like the business end must be tits-up (I'm sure the upcoming quarterly announcement will just be abysmal) otherwise you would have thought they could have bargained from a stronger footing. As it is management is covering their asses and letting the common take the fall... DWB
