RKH...what we have seen on almost all tech stocks is a skeptical review by some analyst and a rise in the stock price regardless....I would expect the same with ORCL....

Yep...its just money....and I have to be invested some where...Oracle it is for now.

Money market is not where its at.

I saw that note about "skeptical of margins", and I'd sure like to see some more explanation from them. Do they have information that the cost of sales for ORCL is over 50%? ORCL has consistently improved margins in the last few years and even in quarters when sales have been flat or slightly off. And they have done this while continuing to hire in R&D and launch new products. Since the marginal costs of producing new copies of products are fairly low (ha), I'd like to understand why when the economy picks up these guys don't see an increase in margin for ORCL.
