I don't know anything to do but to transfer all the cash I have left in my IRA into BEARX, the Prudent Bear fund. I mean, here's the Nasdaq at a P/E of close to 60 and a yield of 0.1, and even the Dow is at about P/E 34 and yield 1.8. With negative interest rates on some money funds, there's a combination of euphoria and desperation. The really sad thing is, as some have said, elderly people counting on income from CDs. They could be forced to cash in their savings in order to subsist.
