The Ultimate NON-Dream Machine

I'm building a PC for my wife to help out with the biz. It will be the cheapest thing I can put together. A great and fun challenge after doing the dream machine last summer. Need suggestions.

Loking at a 900mb Duron ($40) and a Shuttle AK11 MB Socket A $66. Any better choice?

Will have to put in wireless network through the house so no need for NIC, onboard or off. Have p133 case but think it is AT rather than ATX, so $43 for case and power supply.

Will buy CD and HD because of technology changes since the p133. No sound and will use an old Rage board for video.
