Joe Kennedy would feel at home in this environment. I just hope, for the future of the country, that there's a patch of Kennedies ripening up somewhere right this moment - what about Kansas? there's good, far-flying tornadoes growing there, so there's a chance they make it to DC - .

I guess I'll get soused by the libertarian freedom fighters for that. OTOH where's their feel for justice? They got their shrubs.

With the euro notes coming in, will the USD lose a touch of its seigneurage advantage, will some of the people now holding USD cash then prefer to hold euro cash, and if so what difference will that make to say, the price of gold? ... ?
