Isopatch -- a little more comment here from the armchair <g> I sold my position in both Pan Canadian and Rio Alto and added some beaten down dividend stocks. Took moderate position in both Stelco and Noranda, upped my cash reserves so I can play the golds.

I don't necessarily agree with evrry point in every essay I post. I certainly do not agree with Hussman's advocacy of 100% T-bills. But I do find a lot of merit in his argument that this rally's days are numbered.

That said I still think the super bear position is off base. Looks to me that we we have entered a cyclical bull market that is due for a big correction soon to weed out extreme excesses. But I look for new highs by next spring before the next cyclical bear begins.

BTW I now have 15% of my assets in junk bond funds. Still very cheap in sharp contrast to the stock amrket which now is heavily overvalued again even by the conservative Fed model.
