As I suspected, hysterical thinking dominates the anti-military tribunal point of view. It's been the dominate theme expressed in nearly every article posted here in support of that position. From Al Hunt, to Safire, to others...

Calm reason dominates the other point of view. Reason, logic and causal probabilities if we didn't allow military tribunals to take place.

Emotion, fear and demagogue aren't good enough to convince a majority of Americans during a time of war. Serious people are now running the United States government. Serious people, who are trusted by a vast majority of americans to do what is right to save our culture, prosperity and way of life.

Carville spin may work during times of peace and prosperity. But when lives are on the line, people don't want to hear partisan spin anymore. At its core, that's the motivation behind 90% of the Presidents critics on this matter.
