MDR didn't manufacture asbestos either! Nevertheless, one of their units is in bankruptcy and the plaintiffs'lawyers are now trying to get to the parent corporation. Asbestos liability exposure is truly bad news.

Was FMO an ASBESTOS MANUFACTURER?
and can HAL raise prices ala MO to compensate for their asbestos losses?

Green, I think the Street's reaction was The Enron Effect. Another Texas energy co. with egg on its face. With Enron they held on until it was too late. With Hal, they are bailing out immediately. IMHO, before the bounce back. I hope.
