FMO manufactured parts that was made of ASBESTOS. HAL aquired a company that had a unit that had pipes that were covered in ASBESTOS.

FMO could not manage thier claims, they had NO INSURANCE to back them, and they has NO DEFENSE to the allegations.

HAL has handled 190,000 claims since 1975, settling them on an average for $750.00 per claim. Total payouts since 1975 has been 135 million, of which insurance covered all but 30 mil.

By the way, its EXTREMELY difficult to prove causation in these cases.
What is the average of these 3 abirational claims to the 194,000 already settled? NOT MUCH!

This reaction reminds me of MO, and I loaded the boat on her.

Could we see 8-10 on monday, possible but not likely. What you had on Friday was a tip by someone I care not to mention, and he told his listeners to short the stock on Thursday. ASBESTOS NEWS came out 2 days prior. Warburg downgrades not to sell but to hold, and the SHORTS attacked the stock. The overreaction caused from the ENE debacle has made it easy to scare anyone to sell.

The company's managment is top notch. They will clear the air on MONDAY, and expect several brokerages to UP GRADE based on current valuation.

Good luck if your short!!
