If Texas would abolish capital punishment... Though I might risk FL puffing his cheeks over this topic, this capital punishment thing here in the US is almost a source of puzzlement for the Europeans, when they aren't simply condemning it. It's something really viewed badly, like the bungled election was. We in the US are in such fine company as the Congo, when we're not being compared with China for the number of executions. But no matter what we do, people will probably find things to criticize us for in terms of being what they consider hypocritical bullies.
