Don I expect the SOX could pullback to around to 544 before the current uptrend continues. Currently the Semiconductor Index which closed at 5.71.74 remains above its 200 Day MVA at approximately 560. It would be surprising to see much if any rally before Tuesday's Federal Reserve Board interest rate cut announcement.

Hi Don,

When you figure that one out PLEASE POST!!

I've got two things to watch:

Some of these stocks are above their 200 moving average. This average is also rising.I'm watching for institutional support at the 50 dma - simple and/or exp.
This last rally displayed big block purchases during the run up which was on good volume. Support for future winners should come in at the 50.

Some stocks are still trading below their 200 moving average and may be more prone to another dip/setback.

Just guessing but I think a rising 200 ma is a plus and could provide good support.

Those stocks not yet above the 200 ma,may well miss that area of support.

Just something I'm watching.

Bob
