briefing.com..who is fairly respectable and has question this whole move now think we are in a nw bull market..although they are looking for a 5-7% pullback

if we do, it will just be to test the 10 day moving average, which would be "healthy" for the market at this point, i think thats around 9920 on the dow and 1960 area on naz, fed is going to give us another .25 cut tomorrow,
bulls are still in control,
