DO YOU HAVE ANY FEELING THAT THIS MERGER CAN STILL BE WORKED OUT EITHER THRU SUPPORT FROM INSTITUTIONAL HOLDERS or thru concessions in the way of a spin off of the pc business?

Here's one persons take on CPQ's share price on 12/22.
Capellas seems to be mia again with no concern for the stocks value.

There is a lot of open interest in Dec 10 calls. The MM's want these to go out worthless--so I would not expect to see any up move until after option expiration on Dec 22

It looks like Neff may have been right when he said that without the merger, CPQ shares could go to 7.
