The long and the short of it is that when a giant portion of our population thinks that abortion is a good thing, there will be abortions. You, along with agencies like PP and groups like NOW pose it as a good alternative to adoption. A friendly little "choice" to make for women and women alone. If it was portrayed more realistically and the option of adoption was more prominent there would be vastly fewer abortions. But those same realities may shift the public opinion into being against abortion, and they cannot have that. So, like most liberal issues. Argue with emotions instead of facts. That's the way it is imo.
