I donot recall ever using the word GOOD to characterize HAL!

Perhaps you could indulge me as to whats so BAD about HAL in its current financial state?

Also if you are an Attorney as I then why don't you explain the change in the current law that caused HAL to obtain exposur to an element they had no knowledge of at the time of usage?

Also while your at it, why don't you explain the different aspects of liability for a company like HAL ?
