Remember, after the NOW gang screamed bloody murder regarding Clarence Thomas's confirmation. They stood silently mute during all the charges of sexual harassment stemming from the former administration. The NOW gang of today is a joke, there membership is down 50% in the last decade. And they're nothing more then a fringe socialist group of lefties. If the mainstream media didn't give them the microphone every time a discussion of women's rights came up, other women's groups with 4 and 5 times the membership would be a strong force for women's rights around the world. Therefore, because of their radical agenda, joke status, and one sided political view of issues. They are preventing the discussion of serious women's rights issues like the plight of Afghanistan women from influencing world opinion. And it's a shame. But the mainstream news liberal bias is profound. Bernard Goldberg's new book points this out quite clearly.
