I favor the deal because it is good for HWP and CPQ... I'm long CPQ and like the financials and business plan of CPQ. I get the impression from a number of discussion boards that HWP shareholders think that HWP stock price will soar if the deal falls apart. It would help if the CPQ CEO would make some comments in support of, or his reluctance to do the deal. If this deal collapses along with the HWP share price, what next?
