Elmer, RE: I wonder if all those people who sign NDAs realize they're breaking the law? That "D" in NDA stands for Disclosure. Once again, if Paul is publicly stating a conclusion based upon insider information, he most definitely would be violating an NDA, at least any of the NDAs I've ever seen. Paul made a statement that XBox is profitable for Intel. If that statement is based upon insider information, he shouldn't have made that statement in the first place..
