How does a plan for helping railroad retirees help the economy? I am not saying he needs to agree with the Republicans on everything. Even the Treasury Secretary doesn't like the House bill. But, he should be debating it. It is of vital importance to our country. Instead, he brings up trivial matters, and now is going on a fundraising tour. If you are like most American's, rich, this recession is important. I consider it a breach of duty to the American people when he doesn't even debate the matter.
