IDTI and many semis are not all that oversold. From a historical perspective or looking out at the next 12 month's earnings, IDTI is fairly valued now. Seasonally this is a good time to own semi stocks but hopes for large returns or that there won't be future downturns before they move on to higher prices is dreaming imo. While valuations of semis are high relative to previous cyclical lows, the massive liquidity being plowed into the economy will likely merit higher sustained valuations. Don't go overboard on any one stock - diversify in the sector and out of it.
