Nice strawman.

I repeat: Microsoft was in the early planning stages for X-Box. Many details were subject to change, including the hardware specs. You are equating words seen on preliminary Powerpoint presentations to words set in stone. It does not work that way.

Since when do PowerPoint presentations represent the final state of commitments? You have no idea what the timeline was between whenever someone created that presentation and whenever Intel won the contract. It's very probable that the marketing people that did the presentation had little contact with the executives handling the contract, and thus created a small discrepancy in the finer details. Without this information, you have nothing to substantiate your claims.
