I haven't said I supported anything. It depends on the context he stopped them. If they do it conducting official business of Seattle he is correct. If they do it in private affairs and he forced them he is wrong. I suspect he said in doing city business and you conveniently took it out of context.

When I was in sales, I never used the term Merry Christmas, instead I used Happy Holidays for I never overlooked religious feelings
